The Hunter Education and Safety Class is required of all first time hunter and is required in many other states of all non-resident hunters. Class fee: $15

Monday-Thursday 6-9pm. Saturday’s classes will be at the Del Norte Rod and Gun Club up Rowdy Creek in Smith River at 9am)

Relay for Life Crescent City

Del Norte High School Track

Relay for Life is an organized, overnight, community fundraising walk. Teams of people camp out around a track. Members of each team take turns walking around the track. Food, games and activities provide entertainment and build camaraderie. Family-friendly environment for the entire community.

Adults swim 500 yards, bike 12 miles, and run 3.1 miles or they can do the duathlon which is run/bike/run. Relay teams are encouraged. The kids triathlon distances vary by age; their courses are all within Beachfront Park.
